David W. Sufrin graduated from Albright College
in 1989. He studied Russian Language and Culture at the University of Pennsylvania,
Lauder Institute from 1991 to 1992. David graduated from Rutgers University
Law School, Camden in 1995, where he received the Molly and Phillip Gleicher
Award for Outstanding Achievement in Elder Law. He also held an internship
with the Honorable John F. Gerry, Presiding Judge of the United States District
Court, District of New Jersey. After graduating from law school, Mr. Sufrin
served a judicial clerkship under the Honorable Robert W. Page, during his
tenure as Presiding Judge, Family Part, and then in the Appellate Division
of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Following his clerkship, Mr. Sufrin entered into
the practice of law. He specializes in representation of claimants in class
action litigation and in the representation of business and corporate clients. He
has handled computer licensing and related matters. From
his clerkship with Judge Page, he has expertise in all aspects of matrimonial
law including adoptions, custody and support matters, guardianships, domestic
violence and dissolution. He is also experienced in both civil and criminal
trial practice, juvenile matters, personal injury, Municipal Court practice,
land use and planning, landlord-tenant and corporate matters.
Mr. Sufrin is admitted to the New Jersey Bar, the
United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Third Circuit
Court of Appeals and the United States Bankruptcy Court. He is a member of
the Camden County Bar Association and he sits on the Immigration Law Committee
of the Camden County Young Lawyers Association. Mr.
Sufrin has been selected to serve as Key Note Speaker on behalf of the Camden
County Bar Association's Immigration Naturalization Ceremony at the United
States Courthouse in Camden, New
Jersey.
