Saul Steinberg shared responsibility in failure to diagnosis infection and shock in young child, resulting in necessity to amputate arms and legs. The matter was settled for $2,500,000.00.
Automobile/truck accident where injured client, represented by Paul Sonstein, Received $900,000.00 settlement.
Fireman injured at fire scene. In addition to worker’s compensation benefits, we negotiated a settlement with the property owner’s insurance carrier asserting that the property owner’s neglect caused the fire and the injuries to our client. Settlement for $565,000.00.
David Sufrin handled a matter in which hip injuries were suffered by patient at hospital when she fell off of gurney. Surgery was required. Settled for $325,000.00.
Passenger of common carrier suffered laceration and resultant infection from a fall. Injuries led to eventual, partial amputation. Saul Steinberg settled the matter in part for $300,000.00
Stefanie Bloch represented two individuals in cases recently concluded (auto accident and fall down) in which settlements of $225,000.00 and $200,000.00 were realized.
Representation of Fred Neulander, a rabbi who was accused of arranging the murder of his wife. Jeffrey Zucker and Dennis Wixted represented Rabbi Neulander at the first trial that resulted in a mistrial (hung jury).

Representation by Paul Sonstein of disabled dog trainer whose employer did not provide reasonable accommodations for to perform her job and ultimately terminated her employment. The matter is ongoing at this time.
